The writer gives an account of the contracts s/he has made with Shaykh Muhammad Riza Isfahani and Aqa ‘Abd al-Riza Baqiyan for performing prayers on behalf of the late Hajiyah Nuzhat al-Dawlah in Karbala’ and Najaf and has enclosed invoices.

Payment instruction and affidavit, 1918 and 1929
Two sets of writing on a sheet of paper: Nuzhat al-Dawlah's request that Haji ‘Ali Aqa Kumpani pay seventy tumans to Aqa Mirza ‘Abd al-Husayn, dated May 1, 1918. The second is an inquiry regarding the late Nuzhat al-Dawlah's will written on April 13, 1924, which included the villages of Sis and Malikzadah and has passed the ownership of some properties to the writer and three other people. When the will was written, the writer resided in Najaf. S/he returned three years later (one year after Nuzhat al-Dawlah's death). Regarding Hajiyah Baygum Khanum's burial in Najaf, 1939 to 1940
Abu Turab ‘Amid Lashkar hired, on April 30, 1939, Muhammad Rawzah Khvan [the preacher] Fayyaz, the son of the late Karbalayi Husaynquli, to carry the corpse of Hajiyah Baygum Khanum, the daughter of Mirza ‘Abd al-Husayn, to Najaf and bury her there, for 80 tumans, of which he recieved 50 tumans in advance and the rest of which he will recieve upon return. The following documents are receipts for ten tumans on October 26, 1939, five tumans on December 26, 1939, January 25, 1940, and February 23, 1940, and thirty-five tumans on April 22, 1940.

Will of Haj Hamzah Aqa Tajir (merchant) from Tabriz, resident of Najaf, in which he gives one hundred tumans to his wife (daughter of Haj Shaykh Muhammad) for her mahr, three hundred tumans for purchasing a house for her, and allows her to keeps all her belongings including clothing, carpets, and household furnishings. Haji Mahdi Aqa the merchant from Salmas, the son of Haji ‘Abd al-Karim the merchant, has assigned his nephew, Haji Mirza Aqa Muhammad Riza the merchant, as the executor of his will and Haji ‘Ali Aqa the merchant as the overseer. They are responsible for paying his debts and determining one-third of his belongings to be spent on the religious expenses of his will. Will of Iskandar Khan Sawlat al-Sultan, who has appointed his brother, Habib Allah Khan Sultan, as the executor of the will, and his wife [Hajiyah Baygum Khanum], the daughter of Aqa Mirza ‘Abd al-Husayn, as the overseer. One-fifth of his belongings, including animals, household furnishings, clothing, and jewelry, goes to his wife as her mahr and other prerogatives. After deducting his debts, one-third of the remainings should be spent for his burial in Najaf, fasts and prayers, and charity. What remains will be divided among the inheritors.

Wills of Iskandar Khan, 1904 to 1908
1- In his will, dated October 20, 1904, Haj Iskandar Khan Yavar has appointed Aqa Mir Asad Allah and Aqa Mu‘tamad al-Sultan Aqa Mirza Mahdi Khan Muntasir Lashkar the executors of his and his wife's wills and Mulla Isma‘il Shaykh al-Islam as their overseer.
